    Reservations and Usage

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, and check-out is from 7:00 to 11:00.
    If you expect to arrive after 19:00, please contact us in advance.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    Payments can be made on-site by cash or credit card.
  • Are there cancellation fees?
    Yes. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
    ・30 days or more before stay: 50% of accommodation fee
    ・7 days or more before stay: 100% of accommodation fee
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are only allowed in the Pet-Friendly Villa [Aoi].
    The villa features a private dog run where pets can play freely.
    Guests staying with dogs are asked to bring a Rabies Vaccination Certificate.
    Dogs are not permitted in the management building or the drink tent.
  • Are minors allowed to stay without an accompanying adult?
    Minors must bring a completed Parental Consent Form for accommodation.

  • Is parking available near the villa?
    Yes, guests can park right next to each villa.
  • Does it snow?
    Nasu experiences snowfall and icy roads from early December to late March.
    ・Please use winter tires if traveling by car.
  • Is shuttle service available?
    We provide free shuttle service from Yuai-no-Mori Roadside Station.
    ・Reservations are required in advance.
    ・Service may not be available on some dates.

    Kohaku / Gen / Akatsuki: Up to 8 guests, 6 Simmons semi-double beds + 2 extra bedding sets
    Aoi: Up to 6 guests, 4 Simmons semi-double beds + 2 extra bedding sets

  • Can dining or BBQ be enjoyed even in rainy weather?
    Yes. Each villa has a covered dining space that can be used in rainy weather.
  • Is Wi-Fi available?
    Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all villas.
  • BBQ Grill Usage:
    Each villa is equipped with a gas BBQ grill available for free.
  • Pool:
    No rental or sales of swimwear are provided, so please bring your own.
  • Meals

  • Are guests allowed to bring their own food and drinks?
    Yes, guests are free to bring any food or beverages to enjoy a customized stay.
  • Do you need to bring charcoal for the BBQ?
    No. Each villa is equipped with a large gas BBQ grill, which guests can use free of charge.
  • Are seasonings provided?
    Salt, pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil are provided at each dining area.

  • Fireworks:
    Fireworks can be enjoyed at designated areas. Buckets are provided for safety.
  • Nearby convenience stores and supermarkets:
    Seven-Eleven Nasu Ikeda Store: About 6 minutes by car.
  • Can guests bring their own fire pits, firewood, or grills?
    No. For safety reasons, outside fire equipment is prohibited. Each villa has a private fire pit and one bundle of firewood free of charge. Additional bundles are available for purchase at the front desk.
  • Smoking:
    Smoking is allowed only at the designated outdoor areas near the management building and villa decks.
    Smoking inside tents or dining spaces is prohibited.
  • Other Notes:
    The facility is surrounded by nature, so you may encounter insects.
    Mosquito repellent is available for free, and insecticide is provided in rooms. Guests are welcome to bring additional insect protection if needed.
